As the temperature soars and the hallways empty, our hearts are full of thanks for all of the wonderful friends the Parents' Association (PA) has made this year. As a result of the innumerable contributions from so many, this past year has been an outstanding one on so many levels (psssst....the PA presented Baldwin with a check for $150,000 last week!). The PA Executive Board wishes the Baldwin community a safe, healthy and happy summer and we look forward to reuniting in September when we launch another year of extraordinary events for our extraordinary girls.

Get on your game face for Lower School Field Days, this Thursday and Friday! Please take note of the following:
- As always, parents are invited to attend field days and bring a picnic lunch to have with their daughters afterwards. Please remember that no products containing peanuts or tree nuts may be brought on campus.
- If you wish to take your daughter home early following field day, please give a note to her teachers that morning. School is in session a full day on Thursday, June 2 and Friday, June 3. Students who stay for the afternoon of their field day will go to lunch with their teachers in the dining room and be dismissed at their regular times.

Parents, please be aware that we must have the following forms on file before the start of the 2011-2012 school year.
- New Parent Contact Form
- Dental Exam Form (students entering Grades III and VII)
- Physical Examination Form - Baldwin requires a current physical form. We do not accept last year's form resigned by your physician, or a new signature on an outdated form. We do accept physical exam forms on a rolling basis due to insurance company restrictions. We understand that a physical exam is only covered once per calendar year and the new exam date often cannot be made until after the current exam expires.
All forms can be returned to the Wellness Center or to Shelley Lapinski in Athletics. Please contact Shelley with any questions.
