Bruce Kelly, MS, CSCS, has a Masters in Exercise Science as well as the Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential from the NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association). He also has the NASM-PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist) credential from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) credential from the NSCA. He also is certified as a FMS (Functional Movement Screen) specialist and is a Level II Coach in the Sprints/Jumps/Hurdles from US Track & Field and as a Sports Performance Coach by US Weightlifting.
Mr. Kelley is a member of the NSCA and NASM and has written numerous articles for such websites as Strengthcoach.com as well as being a recent contributor to ezine.com. Mr. Kelly has also spoken on numerous occasions about training, fitness, and health at schools, health clubs, and service clubs.
His areas of expertise include performance training/enhancement, functional assessment, and training of athletes especially those of high school, middle school and college age. Mr. Kelly has been training/coaching for over 25 years and is currently Associate Head Coach of Squash at Baldwin School in Bryn Mawr, PA.
He and his wife, Carolyn, live in Swarthmore, Pa. and have 6 children and 1 grandchild.
