Crew Team Medals Four Times at Philadelphia City Championships!
The frosh quad stroked by Emily O'Brien '14, Abby Lemmon '14, Musu Taylor '14 and Eleanor Pressman '14 performed well in the time trial, but clashed oars early in their race and placed sixth.

The JV 4x stroked by Kaylah Kleczka '12 followed by Charlotte Beever '13, Natalie Webb '12 and Liz Asch '12 have been struggling to actualize their potential all season, but finally clicked and won their race in convincing fashion.

The lightweight combo of Jackie Andrews '11 and Tess Candell '11 showed a glimpse of their speed at the Mercer Sculling Championships 4/15-16 led from wire to wire and became City Champs with a margin of six seconds.

The lightweight four stroked by Denise Cirelli '11, Madison Noteware '11, Jasmine Schlichting '13, Annie Leonardi '13 and coxed by Shayna Fader '11 placed second in their time trial. They laid it on the line in the finals and were in contention through the first 1200 meters of the race and placed fourth.

The day ended for Baldwin with a sixth place finish in the Varsity Double: Ally Kontra '11 and Victoria Gevurtz '13. This double reached one of many milestones by placing fourth in the time trial and has a lot of speed waiting to be harnessed. ?

"I have never cried shoving boats or watching them come down the course, but I shed many tears today as our team competed with poise and tenacity", reflected Coach Preetam in his final year with The Baldwin School.
