Our first iPad lesson consisted of the use and safety of the iPad. The girls then practiced drawing using the app "Doodle Buddy." We took pictures of the girls holding the number of their iPad. During the next lesson, the girls decorated the picture using Doodle Buddy and then saved it as their wallpaper on their iPad.
One of the main apps we will use during the course of the year is Wixie. The children can paint pictures, write stories and record their voices. The first lesson using Wixie will be a Me Map where the girls can type their names in a template and add clip art to personalize their map.
 Rover is an education browser that we use to take us to internet sites such as Sheppard Software and World Book On Line.
