First Volunteer Meeting! The Annual Halloween Fair will be held on Friday, October 21, 2011 in the Assembly Room from 7:30 am to 4 pm.    This is a wonderful event for the school with lots of super Halloween items to purchase, including delicious snacks, decorated pumpkins and fun items to help celebrate Halloween.    But there is a lot to do to prepare.......   So please come and join us at our first volunteer meeting on Monday, September 19 from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. in the Assembly Room (located in The Residence).   Thanks in advance to our spootakular chairladies: Arlyn Landow, Lisa Cook, Jolie Kahn & Tracy Wenzinger!

Halloween Fair Volunteer Meeting Schedule September 14, 2011   With so few weeks, there is so much spooktacular planning to do! Come partake in one of the girls' most cherished events, the annual Halloween Fair. Our fabulous chairs have been busy planning but need your help!  If you cannot make the kickoff meeting, please join us for any of the subsequent meetings.   Please mark you calendars down and join us in the Assembly Room* on the following Monday's, we promise to limit all meetings to an hour (from 8:30 - 9:30 am):   Monday, September 19:  Kickoff volunteer meeting. Monday, September 26 Monday, October 3 Monday, October 10:  No school/meeting due to Columbus Day weekend. Monday, October 17:  *Meeting on this date only in Playroom. Friday, October 21:  Halloween Fair, 7:30 am - 4 pm in the Assembly Room.    Stay tuned for "Pumpkin Painting" dates & times. This is a great opportunity to meet new acquaintances and catch up with old friends!
