Deans and Representatives are directly responsible for supervising the advising systems, student discipline, assemblies, clubs and activity groups, and social events and for overseeing, supporting and attending student activities. They act as a resource for students, faculty and parents when concerns relating to conduct, emotional health or community standards arise. Their goal is to help students grow as self-directed, responsible young women. They accomplish this by empowering student groups, assisting in planning events and maintaining a high level of accountability for student conduct in matters large and small.
