A Message from Middle School Director Lois Pressman
As we come to the mid-point of the trimester, it is a joy to see the girls so accustomed to and comfortable with the special rhythms of the Middle School. There is a wonderful spirit among the girls whether they are celebrating the victories of their sports teams or their personal accomplishments in the classrooms or in the art, music and drama studios. They are a lively, bright and inquisitive group, and we as faculty celebrate their energy and enthusiasm every day.

A Message from Upper School Director Eric Benke
Spirits are high in the Upper School following the splendid opening of the Athletic Center, the success of our fall teams, and the rise of the Phillies as World Series contenders. I know the outside world has given us all reason to be anxious, but our girls are resilient and positive. It’s been an exciting, upbeat fall, thanks in no small part to outstanding student leadership. This Friday is Halloween, and many Upper School girls will be in costume. It’s an enjoyable and creative tradition and I look forward to seeing this year’s creations. In Assembly on Monday, Nov. 3, the Baldwin Democrat and Red Elephant clubs will present a policy debate as a prelude to the Tuesday elections.

A Message from Lower School Director Baiba Vasys
The traditional Lower School Halloween Parade is coming up on Friday! The parade officially starts at 8:45 a.m. and will be held in the “old” gymnasium. Upon arrival on campus, please drop off your daughters in car line as usual and continue out the driveway. Parking is possible along New Gulph Road, and in areas designated for “2-Hour Parking” on Fishers and Radnor Roads. Do not use the areas that are marked, “No Parking,” since the township will ticket you. We have been granted additional parking for parents in the Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church lot. When parking there you can enter the gymnasium, via the back door.
