Contacts & Directions

Baldwin will begin its 123rd year when classes begin Sept. 8, 2010.
Magazine Sale starts soon!
The Parents' Association hopes that you are enjoying your summer and getting time to read some wonderful books and magazines.  Perhaps you purchased some of your amazing magazines during last year's Magazine Fund Raising Program.  Due to popular demand, the Parents' Association will once again be working with Great American Fundraising to make magazine subscriptions available to you.
Music Ensemble Retreats
The B-Flat Retreat will be held in the Chorus Room on Saturday, Aug. 28, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The B-Flats will spend the day in rehearsal, learning new music and working with two collegiate a cappella specialists who have arranged several pieces for our pop repertoire this year.
The Lewars Academic Preseason is a week-long program that is open to all rising VIs, Middle School students new to Baldwin, and rising IXs who are new to Baldwin. Students attend the program for three hours each day Aug. 23-27 and are instructed by current Baldwin Faculty. This program, which is provided at no cost, gives students who are new to Baldwin (and new to the Middle School division) an opportunity to review class expectations, study skills, and basic math concepts.
Fall Upper School sports begin Monday, Aug. 23. Fall Middle School optional practices begin Tuesday, Aug. 31. Upper School mandatory fall practices begin Aug. 23. For the first time, we are pleased to offer optional practices prior to the start of school for Middle School fall athletes. Middle School athletes who are interested in participating in these optional practices must inform Athletic Trainer, Shelley Lapinski at slapinski@baldwinschool.org.
Middle and Upper School students - Baldwin’s Virtual Bookstore is now open! You must order your books before school begins in September. Textbooks will not be available on registration day.  Please "read more" for helpful points when ordering your textbooks:
Fall After School Enrichment programs are now open for registration. Courses begin the week of Sept. 20 and end the week of Nov. 15. Be sure to review the course offerings and consider enrolling your daughter in a course that will be an enriching and entertaining experience!
A Message from Upper School Director Eric Benke
It's been a great summer, and I look forward to welcoming you back to Baldwin in a few more days. We are anticipating an exciting year of change with new academic offerings and a new schedule as well as a healthy crop of new students who will add energy and talent to our already energetic and talented Upper School.
A Message from Lower School Director Baiba Vasys
It’s hard to imagine that we are only three weeks away from the first day of school. The campus has been humming with activity during July and August. Some of our students who attended Camp Magar had a chance to harvest beans, corn and squash from the third grade Three Sisters’ Garden, started earlier this spring.
