Parent participation for the 2009-2010 Annual Fund drive was 93 percent, the highest in a decade.
Winnie the Bear greeted the Baldwin community last week to inspire families to support this year's Annual Fund Campaign! Help us reach 100 percent parent participation by making a gift today!
Join Baldwin faculty member Tiffany Borsch and students from the Glenelg School in Baltimore, MD for a unique trip to the Ladakh region of India June 14 to 27, 2011. A meeting to discuss the trip will be held on Jan. 11 from 6 to 7 p.m.

Upper School student enjoyed a very successful Winter Dance last Friday and an enjoyable Chorus, Orchestra, and Jazz Band concert last Wednesday.
A Message from Middle School Director Lois Pressman
Grades
The Middle School office has received and processed first trimester grades from your daughters’ teachers. Advisors have shared the reports with your daughters, and you will receive them by mail at the end of the week.  
What do you buy for the family member or friend who has everything?  A magazine subscription!  This is truly the gift that gives all year round.  There is a title for everyone on your list and buying doesn't require a hectic trip to the mall. Happy shopping.
Parent meeting set for Upper School Crew
All parents of returning and new students to Baldwin's Upper School (grades nine to 12) rowing team must attend a meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011 at 6:15 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room of the Athletic Center.
A Message from Head of School Sally Powell
Before we depart, I ask that you pencil-in the date for the date for the next Only @ Baldwin forum – Wednesday Jan. 5, 2011from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in The Residence. The January event will be dedicated to dialogue about academics, specifically the new Upper School schedule, the introduction of Baldwin’s capstone courses, college admissions and testing results, and our vision for girls’ education in the 21st century.
The Music Box
Our Music Department continues its celebration of the season with a holiday concert tonight, Wednesday, Dec. 15 at 7 p.m. when the Upper School Chorus, Belles, Bronze and Eliza-B-thans perform in the Assembly Room. Join the B-Flats Thursday at 7 p.m. when they go caroling in Suburban Square.
