Baldwin is seeking applications for an intern for the upcoming semester. This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual who is interested in exploring the field of development and or the non-profit world. The position will work with the directors of annual giving and alumnae relations. Interns will develop an understanding of the development field by assisting with: data gathering and peer institution research, archival management, email and direct mail marketing and solicitations, and special events and projects. This is a non-paid position, but a modest stipend may be offered.
24-40 hours per week. Full days preferred.

Applicants should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, an interest in development, non-profit management and marketing. S/he shall possess superior organizational skills and attention to detail, database/spreadsheet experience, on line research skills and social media experience; knowledge of Raisers Edge or similar database management software is a plus.
