Description:
The Baldwin School, an independent, all-girls school is seeking a Human Resources intern.  Job responsibilities include assisting with creating and implementing an Employee Database, Employee File maintenance, exposure to the hiring process and benefits, and handling confidential information.  This is an unpaid internship, but offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the various facets of Human Resources.

Dates:
10-40 hours per week; schedule flexible
October- December (start- and end-dates are flexible)
January-May (start- and end-dates are flexible)
June- August (start- and end-dates are flexible)

Requirements:
Applicants should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in Microsoft office (word, outlook, and excel).

S/he shall possess superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
