This program will be directed by Christian Jeantet, Baldwin's Strength and Conditioning Head Coach. He is also the owner of Champions in Training, a personal training and athletic performance company located in Bryn Mawr. The focus of the summer program will be to systematically work on developing key areas of performance including speed, agility, balance, strength, power and conditioning. This is especially crucial to work on in the off-season when competitions are less strenuous. Don't miss this opportunity to return to the fall sports season ready to play and succeed!
The Baldwin Squash Academy offers individual and group squash lessons, camps and clinics for males and females of all ages and abilities. The program places a strong emphasis on technique, tactics, match preparation and strength and conditioning in a fun and exciting atmosphere.
During the Summer of 2017, we are offering a squash day camp for all levels.
Baldwin Swim Club (BSC) offers competitive swimming for males and females ages 6 and up, with an emphasis on technique, race preparation, conditioning and fun. Personalized attention and instruction will be given to every swimmer. Our mission is to have a nationally recognized aquatics program that improves the quality of the competitive swimming experience, while giving young men and women the tools to succeed in life.
BSC competes in sanctioned USA Swimming meets and follows the rules and regulations established by USA Swimming. The local swim committee for USA Swimming in our location is Middle Atlantic Swimming.
BSC purposefully limits the size of the team to a manageable number of swimmers. This enables us to give the proper attention to each swimmer. Consequently, we maintain a waiting list for swimmers interested in joining BSC. Swimmers must be evaluated prior to registration.
