Baldwin challenges its students to pursue personal excellence: scholarship, leadership, citizenship, sportsmanship and service to others while valuing tradition and diversity. By balancing the academic and co-curricular opportunities, in particular participation in Athletics, Baldwin provides an opportunity for young women to learn both inside and outside of the classroom. It is our goal to not only provide a wide variety of athletic experiences, but to afford each young woman and each team the opportunity to reach a high level of success in terms of improvement and winning.
