Maddie Pujadas had a strong showing and made finals in both of her individual events where she finished 8th overall in the 100 Breast with a time of 1:06.88 and 14th overall in the 200IM with a time of 2:12.69.
Katie Edwards also made it back to finals in both of her events with 18th in the 100 Breast in a time of 1:10.19 and 17th in the 100 Butterfly with a personal best of 1:01.55.
Maddie Noteware, Vivian Vu, Cassidy Neuman, Meagan Cohen, Jessica Levit and Megan Handal also had great swims. Megan swam personal best times in both the 200 and 500 freestyle.
“The overall level of determination and performance exhibited by the swimmers was fantastic. An 8th place showing in a meet of this caliber is a testament to their hard work, “commented Coach David Hart.
In the final event of the meet, the 400 Free Relay, Baldwin finished 9th overall with a school record 4:43.19. Valerie Yoshimura anchored the relay with a blistering 50.3 split. Other relay members were Emily O’Brien, Maddie Pujadas and Katie Edwards.
