Each grade will have a designated entrance and egress location to further separate cohorts, prevent congregation during high traffic times and minimize the possibility of transmission across cohorts.
A daily screening will be required for every student, faculty and staff member before they arrive to campus. We have implemented adjustments to arrival procedures to ensure that everyone has completed the screening process and to help everyone navigate quickly to their first assigned location on campus. Dismissal procedures have also been adjusted to help ensure a safe departure from campus. Please see below for more details.
If students arrive before 8 a.m., they will be asked to stand outside their grade-specific entrance point, socially distanced from others. With that in mind, we ask parents to adhere to drop-off times and to provide girls with appropriate outdoor gear, umbrellas, etc. as needed.
For all drop-offs and pick-ups:
*Students should adhere to paw print stickers to maintain social distancing
*Parents should drive slowly through campus and follow safety personnel traffic directions
