Baldwin Athletics offers a variety of camps, clubs, clinics and private lessons throughout the school year and summer for students as well as non-students. See below for information on all of our current programs and offerings.
The 25 acres of lovely grounds and spacious air-conditioned indoor accommodations of The Baldwin School provide for every need in all weather for this iconic day camp.
Three large playing fields, an archery range, five new tennis courts, volleyball court and “The Super Tent” for outdoor cooking and camping programs, provide for some of the outdoor activities.
Full day campers will swim twice a day in the beautiful collegiate-sized pool. Each group is scheduled for a daily period of expert swimming instruction as well as a recreational swimming period. The swimming program is directed by qualified Red Cross Water Safety Instructors and staffed by certified lifeguards.
Indoors, the Camp is headquartered in the Lower School Building and each camp group will have its own classroom for a "home base." In addition, an Arts and Craft Studio and two gymnasiums (so large they can be divided into sections for rainy day play) all afford an opportunity for a rich and varied program.
Baldwin Swim Club (BSC) offers competitive swimming for males and females ages 6 and up, with an emphasis on technique, race preparation, conditioning and fun. Personalized attention and instruction will be given to every swimmer. Our mission is to have a nationally recognized aquatics program that improves the quality of the competitive swimming experience, while giving young men and women the tools to succeed in life.
BSC competes in sanctioned USA Swimming meets and follows the rules and regulations established by USA Swimming. The local swim committee for USA Swimming in our location is Middle Atlantic Swimming.
