Baldwin Announces Stephanie Allen as New Director of DEI

Baldwin is pleased to announce, after a thorough and successful search, Stephanie Allen has joined Baldwin as our Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).

 

Ms. Allen comes to Baldwin with the experience and expertise critical to leading our diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, with extensive service in this area within higher education and a passion for supporting this important work at Baldwin. Ms. Allen was previously the Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Immaculata University, and prior to that she spent almost 10 years in roles supporting multicultural efforts at West Chester University, most recently as Assistant Director of Multicultural Student Recruitment and Community Outreach. She brings extensive experience developing, assessing and implementing innovative programming for students and other constituents in education communities. She is also in the final stages of work to complete a Doctorate of Education degree at Widener University.
