Acting Director of Athletics
Meg Glascott-Birch is the Assistant Athletic Director for Middle School, teaches Lower School Physical Education and Aquatics and coaches Middle School field hockey, swimming and lacrosse. In addition, Glascott-Birch works with the tenth grade as their class dean and has served on the Board of Trustees as a Faculty representative. In 2015, she was honored to receive the most prestigious award bestowed a faculty member here at Baldwin: The Rosamond Cross Teaching Chair.
Meg earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Education from The Ohio State University and was a four-year letter winner for her Buckeye field hockey team. She received Big Ten-First Team honors as co-captain in her senior year. Shortly after returning to Pennsylvania, Meg earned her Masters Degree in Education from Eastern University. In 2017, she was recognized by the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA) as a Certified Athletic Administrator.
An active volunteer for The American Red Cross, Meg holds certifications as a Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor. She and husband Matthew have two sons and reside in Wynnewood.
