Amy Ostroff '85 Featured in Main Line Today

Amy Ostroff '85 is Co-founder and President of Love to Langa, a U.S.-based non-profit organization that empowers leadership from within impoverished communities and empowers children with the tools to learn.    Plans for the Montessori school Love to Langa is building were delayed due to outbreaks of political unrest, violence, looting and further COVID-19 complications in other sections of South Africa. However, they are excited that their teachers graduated from their training program and will start a micro school in January at a Red Cross building that was renovated. Love to Langa hopes to commence construction early in the New Year, with a grand opening slated for January 2023.
