Each summer since 2016, Upper School Chemistry Teacher Lindsay Davis places one of her advanced chemistry students in Dr. Marisa Kozlowski's lab at the University of Pennsylvania. Recently, the lab’s paper on hydrogen bonding quantification titled "Hydrogen Bonding Parameters by Rapid Colorimetric Assessment: Evaluation of Structural Components Found in Biological Ligands and Organocatalysts" was published in Chemistry: A European Journal.
Alumnae Olivia Landes '18, Anisha Devas '19 and Ava Rosenberger '20 are listed as authors in the paper based on the work they completed in Dr. Kozlowski’s lab when they were Baldwin students.
