Highlights & Statistics

The Baldwin Lacrosse Team worked hard against Solebury School securing a victory at home, 13 to 2! It was a team effort towards the whopping 13 goal score with Anya Berlanska (3 goals), Dylan McKeown (2 goals), Betsy Taylor (2 goals), Eliza Bryant (1 goal), Bela Ahn (1 goal), Abby Ahn (1 goal), and Annie Reed (1 goal), contributing. Defender/goalie Anna Magarelli and defender Sophia Gill also had their first goals of the season! Bela and Annie helped set up the goals with assists. Grade-8 players Sophia and Milan DeShields caused turnovers in the midfield that created opportunities for the attack. Milan and Annie helped throughout the field by picking up 2 ground balls each followed by Dylan and Sophomore Sabrina Cohen both with 1 ground ball pickup. Baldwin was able to dominate the game by starting strong on the draw thanks to Bela (5 controls), Annie (4 controls), Anya (3 controls), Eliza (1 control), and Abby (1 control). Mia Cicilia was a strong presence in goal with 5 saves. Overall, it was a fantastic team victory for BLT!
