Applying to Baldwin

The Admissions review process carefully considers each applicant's strengths, ability to thrive and future contributions to our community. Information from parents, a student's school and our in-house assessments help us get to know each applicant. Our objective is to ensure students are best placed for success and to provide them with a learning environment where they will develop and grow to be their best selves.
Please be advised that Baldwin is currently at capacity for the 2020-2021 school year. For more information, please contact the Admissions Office at

Application Process
Admission to Baldwin is competitive and candidates are evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis until space in the grade is filled. We encourage families to complete the admissions process by November 23, 2020 to be included in our first round of admissions decisions. Families accepted during the first round of admissions will have the opportunity to participate in our accepted student and parent events!
After that date, we are happy to accept applications throughout the year and will continue to review candidates on a space-available basis.
The admissions process begins when you complete an application, which is then followed by a virtual visit for both the parent(s) and the student. You may check the status of your daughter's application file at any time by contacting the Admissions Office at (610) 525-2700 x290 or by email
Accepted families have until March 1, 2021 to inform us of their enrollment decision
Financial Aid Deadline
Please be advised that the application deadline for financial aid is December 1, 2020. Applications received after the December 1 deadline will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. If eligible, awards will be granted depending on availability of funds.
For more information on the application process, please visit Affording Baldwin
Helpful Hint - Do not wait until December 1 to begin your PFS application! Allow yourself plenty of time to assemble the necessary information requested by the PFS and the time to accurately enter the information.
