Music has been a constant thread throughout Iulia’s life. A classically trained pianist and devoted teacher, she began her musical journey in Chisinau, Moldova, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance from the Sergei Rachmaninoff Music Lyceum and later received her master’s degree in Piano Performance from the Academy of Music of Gavriil Muzicesku, Chisinau Moldova.

 

Following her studies, Iulia taught piano at her alma mater, Rachmaninoff Lyceum, and was an accompanist with the Credo Choral Ensemble. She has always cherished the art of collaboration and especially enjoys making music with singers and instrumentalists, where individual voices come together to create something greater.

 

For more than 20 years, Iulia has shared her love of music as a piano teacher in Brooklyn, NY, guiding both children and adults. Her teaching goes beyond notes and technique. She strives to help each student discover his or her own musical voice, develop confidence and creativity, and experience the joy that comes from truly connecting with music.
