The Parents' Association hosts a variety of community-building activities and fundraising events throughout the school year. All proceeds are then donated to The Baldwin Fund to support our fantastic faculty and students! Please see below for more information about each event.

Join us to get some exercise and meet new friends! The Baldwin Polar Pacers walking club will meet outside by the tennis courts after morning drop off! We hope to see you there!

Come join us for a Barre3 class exclusively for the Baldwin School community! Enjoy an energizing, full-body workout at Barre3 Rosemont, followed by mimosas and light refreshments. This private class is designed for all fitness levels — a fun, welcoming way to
move, connect, and recharge together. 


Coffee and Connection

Join us in the Residence for our monthly community series Coffee and Connection. Meet fellow Baldwin parents and friends, administrators, teachers, and staff. We will gather in the Residence. Coffee and tea will be provided.


Parent Trivia Night

Put your knowledge to the test and compete for fun prizes while connecting with other parents in the community at this year's Parent Trivia Night. Whether you’re a trivia master or just looking for a night of laughs, this event is for you! Join us on Friday, November 21 from 6:30 to 9 p.m.

What to expect:

-Exciting Trivia Rounds: From pop culture to history, there’s something for everyone!
-Team Spirit: Sign up with a table for your class and pick a theme!
Prizes & Giveaways: Win fun prizes for Best Costume, best team name, among others!

Save the Date: Parent Book Club Kicks off December 3
This year, the BSPA will be hosting a series of parent-led book clubs. The first book club will help us kick off the holiday season — we will be reading a light-hearted holiday rom-com. Join Amy Schmid (P ’36) on Wednesday, December 3, for a fun evening potluck to socialize and discuss. Parents from all grades are welcome! The title is Holiday Romance by Catherine Walsh. If you don’t have time to read the book, feel free to listen to the audiobook version and plan on joining us! Link to RSVP is in the weekly Bulletin.


Kwanzaa Celebration
Friday, December 5
The Parents of Black Students Association (PBSA) invites Baldwin families, faculty, and staff to take a flavorful journey across the African Diaspora. Enjoy an evening of rich culture, family fun, and global cuisine, featuring a cultural feast from the African Diaspora where every dish tells a story — and every bite celebrates community and the spirit of Kwanzaa. The celebration will include live entertainment, special presentations, and a marketplace showcasing items from local black-owned businesses. ALL are welcome. Admission is FREE.
