Tanya Ivanova

Tanya Ivanova was born and raised in Samara, Russia. She began her violin studies at the age of eight. Tanya received a diploma with distinction from The Samara Music School. In 1980, Tanya graduated from The Samara Music College. She then continued her studies at Belarus Academy of Music under the tutelage of professor Amry Yamposky and graduated in 1986 with distinction. She holds a master's degree in concert performance with a concentration in orchestra and pedagogy. Many of her students have become professional musicians and winners of international competitions.
