Grade 5 Play for Parents

In a collaborative i2 project, 5th grade students are producing a play that incorporates different skills and grade levels. Titled "Hatshepsut, Queen of DeNile," the play is about archeology and ancient Egyptian history. The students will design sets in Art, get support from Middle School drama leaders to design their own costumes, practice fluency and diction in public speaking and create their own movement to bring the scene alive for the audience.
