Courtney Piccone '92 Returns to Baldwin as Chief Enrollment Officer

Baldwin is delighted to announce that Courtney Piccone '92 will join the School as its Chief Enrollment Officer, bringing her remarkable journey full circle from beloved student to institutional leader.

Courtney's connection to Baldwin runs deep, beginning with her kindergarten year in 1979 and continuing through her graduation in 1992, where she was recognized with the Rachel Shao Sun Award and the National Association of Biology Teachers Certificate. As a student, she distinguished herself academically while serving on student senate and class boards, embodying the leadership qualities that would define her career. Her commitment to Baldwin extended well beyond graduation through two terms on the Alumnae Association, where she organized class reunions and served on the Alumnae Outreach Committee.

Following her graduation from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Psychology, Courtney built an exceptional 27-year career in retail and wholesale leadership, ultimately serving as Head of Account Management at Estée Lauder Companies, where she oversaw $1 billion in North American retail sales and managed a team of 33 professionals. Known for her expertise in creating and scaling businesses while reinvigorating established brands, she operated at the Vice President level for a decade, developing a reputation as a strategic thinker, consensus builder, and data-driven decision-maker.

Most recently, Courtney has served as an Executive MBA Admissions Advisor at The Wharton School, where she has excelled in reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, and presenting prospective students to admissions committees. She quickly distinguished herself by submitting the most applications in her cohort during round two and ranking as the #2 contributor for the year among her fellow Wharton advisors. Her success stems from her exceptional ability to connect with prospective students and communicate institutional value.

Courtney brings to Baldwin a rare combination of authentic school loyalty, proven business acumen, and demonstrated success in competitive admissions environments. Throughout the interview process, she demonstrated an authentic understanding of Baldwin's mission and a deep appreciation for the traditions and values that make our school distinctive. Her former colleagues consistently highlighted her exceptional people skills, process-driven approach, and remarkable ability to assess the fit between candidates and institutions.

We are thrilled that Courtney will return to Baldwin, and she shared the following message: "This role represents the ultimate full circle moment for me, enabling me to be of service to an institution that I love and to make an impact on the next generation of families seeking a top-tier, all-girls education. I am excited to help other families discover the transformative power of a Baldwin education and to ensure that every prospective student and family feels the same sense of belonging that has defined my own relationship with this remarkable community."
