Virtual Sparkling Wine and Cheese Pairing

Sip along with wine connoisseur, Serena, from "What Am I Drinking?!" Wine School in Bryn Mawr who will guide us as we will taste and compare wine and cheeses

The theme of this BYOB event is sparkling wine, but any beverages are welcome. Bring along one of these bottles (or something similar) to taste along: Roederer Estate Brut, Moutard Brut Champagne, J Vineyards Cuvee 20, Graham Beck Brut, Henri Champliau Cremant, Argyle Brut, Gruet Blanc de Blanc, or Mumm Napa Blanc de Blanc.

Don't forget the cheese! Choose up to three styles: Brie, Camembert, Compte, Gruyere, Manchego, Parmesan, Piave or Triple Créme. You may also want crackers or bread, and accouterments, such as whole grain mustard and apricot preserves.
