Bears Finish in Fourth Place at Inter-Ac Championships
Baldwin finished a program best 4th place overall and defeated league foes SCH, ND and AIS at Inter-Ac League Championships on Saturday at host site Episcopal Academy.
Some highlights:
- Milan Moriniere ‘27 placed 1st in both discus and javelin. She also placed 4th in Long Jump and 6th in High Jump, scoring a total of 24.5 points for Baldwin.
- Cydnei Crisden ‘27 placed 2nd in shot put with a throw of 36-1.5, which is a huge PR and a new Baldwin school record! She also placed 3rd in javelin with a PR, and ran both the 100 meter dash and 4x100 as the anchor leg.
- Scarlett Rushing ‘29 placed 4th in 300 Intermediate Hurdles and PRed in the 200 meters.
- Nina Heverin-Alvarado ‘26 placed 4th in TJ and 6th in the 400 meters. She also ran the 800 and came in 7th place there.
- Kai Simpson ‘27 placed 5th in both javelin and discus with two PRs. She also placed 7th in both shot put and Long Jump, as well as running the 100 meter dash
