Baldwin Results & Highlight at Phoenixville Track Meet

Baldwin Highlights
Milan Moriniere - placed 1st in Javelin, with a throw of 121’-06” (MileSplit US Second Team Standard & New School Record), 5th in Shot Put with a throw of 29’-0.5” (New School Record), and 4th in High Jump with a jump of 4’-10” (New School Record), medaling in 3 out of 3 events.
Violet Zhang - threw 22’-10.5” in her first shot put competition.
Mya Choi - ran the 100m for the first time in 14.44, the fastest of the Baldwin sprinters on Saturday.
Gemma Young - Personal Record in the 100m with a time of 14.57. She was also the second leg of the 4x200 team which placed 5th.
Meg Davis - placed 6th overall in the 800m with a time of 2:34, and was the lead leg of the A-team 4x400 team which also placed 6th overall.
Nina Heverin Alvarado - Personal Record in the 800m with a time of 2:38, placing 7th overall. She was also the anchor leg of the A-team 4x400 which placed 6th overall.
Emily Braca - Personal Record in the 800m with a time of 2:46.
Laila Gopalani - Personal Record in the 800m with a time of 3:06.
The A-team 4x200m relay, consisting of Marissa Gist, Gemma Young, Sabine Kim and Brenna Knox, came in 5th place overall and medaled.
The A-team 4x400m relay, consisting of Meg Davis, Amelia Dennis, Naima Johnson, and Nina Heverin Alvarado finished 6th place overall.
